How does O2 priority work?

Being an O2 customer isn’t without its perks, from free wifi hotspots in over 16,000 locations across the UK, to free help and advice available from our very own tech gurus. There’s also the not-so small matter of O2 Priority, which gives customers the chance to experience more of the things they love, with weekly freebies and offers, early-access concert tickets, and competitions up for grabs. If you’re new to the trading game and want to know more about O2 Priority, how it works and what it actually is, so you can use it to your advantage and boost your activations, you’re in the right place.

What is O2 Priority?

It’s our pick of the best offers and prize draws from top high-street brands, like Caffè Nero, Pizza Express, and Zizzi to name just a few. Every day, there are new deals, prizes and freebies up for grabs on the O2 Priority app, which can either be redeemed online or in-store. All offers are completely tailored to you. The app uses geo-location technology, which means all offers shown are in close proximity to you, so you won’t have to travel far.

How does O2 Priority work?

If your customers are wondering how O2 Priority works, it’s simple. To make the most of Priority, your customers will need to download the app. They can access the discounts and offers online, but they’ll need to have their phone to hand, as we’ll send them a verification code.

Once logged in, we’ll show them the best nearby offers to them, which they can take advantage of and save themselves a bit of money. For freebies and discounts, they’ll need to click on the ‘Redeem’ button. Then, we’ll send them an O2 Priority code, which they can use to redeem the offer. Some codes have a time limit, like our free weekly coffee treat from Caffè Nero, so they’ll need to act fast if they want what’s on offer.

What are some of the best O2 Priority deals?

There’s something for everyone, from the thrill-seekers, to the beauty-obsessed. Want to know what’s up for grabs? Here are some examples of the O2 Priority deals:
