Don’t let spam stop you trading

What is spam?

Ever had a nuisance call or text? It’s annoying isn’t it? These messages come from spammers who send hundreds of texts or emails to people they don’t know. No one likes getting a spam message, that’s why at O2 Star Trader we try to stop them from happening. If we do find any activations linked to spam, we don’t pay you for them.

How to avoid spam?

It can be hard to understand where spam comes from. But it could be one of your customers.

Here are some tips to help you avoid it:

1) Only give sims to customers who'll use the sims themselves.

2) Don't give out lots of sims to companies.

3) If a company comes to you wanting lots of sims, get in touch with us.

4) Where possible, only give your sims to people you know.

The good news is the less spam we have the more rewards we can give back to you. That’s why we’re always running lots of competitions giving you the chance to win more than just commission. Check your emails or the news page to find out what’s going on at the moment.
