Can I distribute my sims to distributors or other companies?

We’d advise that you distribute your sims directly to your customers, as this is a much safer way of knowing where your sims are going.

You may be approached by some organisations requesting a high volume of sims or offering to distribute your sims for you. You must not supply sims to these companies, as they may use your sim cards to send targeted, unwanted messages to customers.

This breaches our terms and conditions.

If we suspect your sims are responsible for sending unwanted text messages or we believe you're supplying sims to another company, we’ll suspend your account with immediate effect and you won’t receive any commission for the affected sims, or any others during your suspension period.

When will I know how many activations I’ve received?

Your activations will update automatically within your account dashboard. To see them, just log into your account here: https://www.o2startrader.co.uk/login

Although your activations will show in your account, they aren't final figures. Once we receive notification of your activations, they're then checked for spam and fraud data to make sure they're legitimate before we pay you. As a result, you won't receive payment for your activations until 2 months has passed.

Can I re-activate my account?

Yes, please get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we’ll re-instate your account for you.

If your account has been suspended by us, re-instating your account is at our discretion.

Do SIM cards fit all phones?

All SIM cards now come in one SIM card package, so you won’t have to buy an individual size. You may have to remove an outer frame of plastic to reduce the size depending on your device.
