Why aren't my activations showing up in my dashboard?

All activations will appear in your dashboard. However, there can sometimes be a delay, although this isn't usually anything longer than a few days. 

Please note, although your activations will be shown in your account, you won't be paid for them until 2 months later, as we need to perform spam and fraud checks. For example, if one of your sims was activated on 1st January, you wouldn't be paid for this until March, on the 10th working day.

How can I keep track of my activations?

Keeping track of your activations is easy. You can everything you need on your Star Trader dashboard.

What happens if my sims are misused?

If we have a reason to believe your sims are being misused, we may withhold payments, downgrade or even suspend your account. If we have reason to believe that mobile numbers are being captured and used to send SPAM texts, or targeted unwanted messages to customers, we will be required to suspend your account immediate effect until further notice. You'll not receive commission on sims which we've disconnected.

 

How do I get o2 bolt ons?

To get basic bolt ons for your device, you can go to My o2 on the o2 website, call 2202 free from an o2 phone, or you can text BASICS to 21300 free of charge.
