Can I top-up sims before giving them to customers?

No, this breaches our terms and conditions.

Our customers must activate the sims themselves. If we suspect you’re topping up the sims yourself, we’ll suspend your account with immediate effect and you won’t receive any commission for the affected sims, or any others during your suspension period.

Do I have to buy sims from O2?

No, you can order sims free of charge on your Star Trader account.

I've lost my verification email, what should I do?

You can retrieve your verification email by clicking 'Resend verification email' on the 'Verify Your Details' page and we'll send the email back over to you.

If you've closed the 'Verify Your Details' page then you can get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we'll send you a new one.

How do Affiliate Activations work?

It’s a great way to boost your bank account. We’ll give you a personalised banner to put on your website, which will allow your customers to order their own O2 sims. 

The banner will have a unique URL, which we can track to make sure you’re paid for activations of the sims that have been ordered from your banner. It’s simple. We do the hard work for you. To request your banner, get in touch with the Star Trader team.
