What is an activation rate?

Your activation rate shows what percentage of your sims has become activated. The percentage is also based on the amount of sims you order. 

For example, if you ordered 10 sims and 2 of these was activated, your activation rate would be 20%.

You can find your activation rate on your dashboard. Your rate is likely to change when you place sim orders and when you receive activations.

How do I get o2 bolt ons?

To get basic bolt ons for your device, you can go to My o2 on the o2 website, call 2202 free from an o2 phone, or you can text BASICS to 21300 free of charge.

What is a 3 in 1 SIM card?

The 3 in 1 SIM card is an adapter that allows you to turn a nano or micro sim card into the next size up for your phone or cellular device. It is made up of non-ageing plastic.

Why haven’t I been paid?

In order to pay you, we need your bank details. To add them, you must log into your account and enter them within the dashboard section. If you don't provide us with your bank details, any unclaimed payments can be withheld after 90 days. 

And remember, we pay you for activations every 2 months. This mean's you'll be paid in March for January activations.

Can I distribute my sims to distributors or other companies?

We’d advise that you distribute your sims directly to your customers, as this is a much safer way of knowing where your sims are going.

You may be approached by some organisations requesting a high volume of sims or offering to distribute your sims for you. You must not supply sims to these companies, as they may use your sim cards to send targeted, unwanted messages to customers.

This breaches our terms and conditions.

If we suspect your sims are responsible for sending unwanted text messages or we believe you're supplying sims to another company, we’ll suspend your account with immediate effect and you won’t receive any commission for the affected sims, or any others during your suspension period.
