I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can retrieve your password by clicking 'Log In' on the o2startrader.co.uk homepage then click the 'Forgotten Password' link and we'll email you your old password.

Why aren't my activations showing up in my dashboard?

All activations will appear in your dashboard, but there’s occasionally a delay which could be up to a few days.

 

Please note, activations will appear on your dashboard 2 months after your sims have been activated.

 

For example, if your sim was topped up on the 1st January, you’ll be paid for the top-up on the 10th working day in March. If you think you should have been paid more than you have been, it may be that we’ll pay you in the next month.

Can I cancel/ change my order?

Unfortunately not, once your order has been placed this cannot be changed or cancelled.

Why haven’t I been paid?

Please make sure that we have your bank details. If you don’t provide us with your bank details any unclaimed payments can be withheld after 90 days.
