I've lost my verification email, what should I do?

You can retrieve your verification email by clicking 'Resend verification email' on the 'Verify Your Details' page and we'll send the email back over to you.

If you've closed the 'Verify Your Details' page then you can get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we'll send you a new one.

What is a standard sim?

Standard sims fit regular phones, excluding some smartphones and the iPhone 5 and 6.

Can I use a micro SIM card in a standard slot?

In some instances, you can use a micro SIM card in a standard SIM card slot. Some SIMs come with an out plastic casing allowing them to fit in larger slots. The plastic can be removed for smaller SIM slots. 

How much can I earn?

You'll earn £5 for every activated sim that's topped up for the first time with £10 or more. 

Work your way through the trader tiers and you'll be able to order more sims, which means you'll have the opportunity to earn more money.
