Why haven’t I been paid?

Please make sure that we have your bank details. If you don’t provide us with your bank details any unclaimed payments can be withheld after 90 days.

 

What is a combi sim?

Combi sims can be used as a standard sim or as a micro-sim. It will fit in any phone except the iPhone 5's and iPhone 6's.

Can I de-activate my account?

Yes, please get in touch with us via the Support forum and we’ll de-activate your account for you.

Do I need to sign for my sims?

If you have ordered 20 sims or less, we’ll deliver them in a parcel small enough to fit through your letter box.

 

For larger orders, the parcel will be too big to fit through your letterbox. These must be signed for upon delivery. If you’re not in when your sims are delivered, they’ll be sent back to the nearest depot for collection. You’ll receive a note letting you know where they are and asking you to collect them. If you don’t pick up your sims after 21 days they’ll be sent back to us.


What happens if my sims are misused?

If we have a reason to believe your sims are being misused we may withhold payments, downgrade or even suspend your account. If we have reason to believe that mobile numbers are being captured and used to send SPAM texts, or targeted unwanted messages to customers, we will be required to suspend your account immediate effect until further notice. You'll not receive commission on sims which we've disconnected.
