Can I sign up multiple accounts?

No, you can only sign up one Star Trader account. Your despatch address, email address, name and bank details must only be linked to one account.

 

If you attempt to sign up more than one account, you’ll breach our terms and conditions. If we suspect you’ve opened or have attempted to open multiple accounts, we’ll have to suspend your original account and any multiple accounts.

Are there any promotions available for my customers?

‘Get 50% extra data on top of the standard Big Bundle tariff allowance for three months if you purchase a Big Bundle tariff, switch to a Big Bundle tariff or renew your existing Big Bundle tariff between 8th  October 2015 – 31st December 2015. What is an activation?

This is when a sim is topped up for the first time with £10 or more.

Why haven’t I been paid?

Please make sure that we have your bank details. If you don’t provide us with your bank details any unclaimed payments can be withheld after 90 days.

 


What happens if my sims are misused?

If we have a reason to believe your sims are being misused we may withhold payments, downgrade or even suspend your account. If we have reason to believe that mobile numbers are being captured and used to send SPAM texts, or targeted unwanted messages to customers, we will be required to suspend your account immediate effect until further notice. You'll not receive commission on sims which we've disconnected.
