Why haven’t I been paid?

In order to pay you, we need your bank details. To add them, you must log into your account and enter them within the dashboard section. If you don't provide us with your bank details, any unclaimed payments can be withheld after 90 days. 

And remember, we pay you for activations every 2 months. This mean's you'll be paid in March for January activations.

I've forgotten my email address, what should I do?

Get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we'll help you to recover your email address.

What is a nano sim?

Nano sims are the smallest type of sim card and are currently used in the iPhone 5 and 6.

Can I re-activate my account?

Yes, please get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we’ll re-instate your account for you.

If your account has been suspended by us, re-instating your account is at our discretion.


What is a combi sim?

Combi sims can be used as a standard sim or as a micro-sim. It will fit in any phone except the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6.
