When will I be paid for my activations?

We'll pay you for activations earned 2 months prior. If we have your bank details, we'll send the money straight to your account on the 10th working day of the month.

If you believe you should've received a higher payment, it may be that we’ll pay you the remaining amount in the next month.

All the payments you receive are for sims that have been topped up in the previous 2 months.

I've lost my verification email, what should I do?

You can retrieve your verification email by clicking 'Resend verification email' on the 'Verify Your Details' page and we'll send the email back over to you.

If you've closed the 'Verify Your Details' page then you can get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we'll send you a new one.

How do I register with Star Trader?

It’s free and easy for you to register with Star Trader, simply sign up here and follow the steps. You’ll need to let us know your name, email address, despatch address and bank details.

Do SIM cards fit all phones?

All SIM cards now come in one SIM card package, so you won’t have to buy an individual size. You may have to remove an outer frame of plastic to reduce the size depending on your device. 


Do I need to sign for my sims?

If you have ordered 20 sims or less, we’ll deliver them in a parcel small enough to fit through your letter box. For larger orders, the parcel will be too big to fit through your letterbox, so they must be signed for upon delivery.

If you’re not in when your sims are delivered, they’ll be sent back to the nearest depot for collection. You’ll receive a note letting you know where they are and asking you to collect them. If you don’t pick up your sims after 21 days, they’ll be sent back to us.
