Can I cancel/ change my order?

Unfortunately not, once your order has been placed this cannot be changed or cancelled.

I've lost my verification email, what should I do?

You can retrieve your verification email by clicking 'Resend verification email' on the 'Verify Your Details' page and we'll send the email back over to you.

If you've closed the 'Verify Your Details' page then you can get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we'll send you a new one.

Are all tariffs currently available?

Can I de-activate my account?

Yes, please get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we’ll de-activate your account for you.


What are the trader tiers?

There are four main Star Trader tiers. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

As a new trader, you'll start on the Bronze tier and will move up and down tiers depending on your activation rate and number of activations you receive.

An activation is when a sim is topped up for the first time with £10 or more.

Your activation rate shows the percentage of your activated sims against the sims you order. You can find your activation rate on your dashboard.

Your account and tier status will be reviewed 4 times a year. To do this, we’ll take an average of your activation rate each month and will review it every 3 months:

If your average activation rate and activation volumes for that quarter fall above or below the following requirements, we’ll move you up or down tiers at the end of each quarter.

Please note, you cannot move up more than one trader tier at a time.

We’ll take a record of your activation rate on the last day of each month and carry out the tier upgrades and downgrades on the last day of each quarter.

If you join Star Trader after the first monthly activation rate is taken, we’ll review your tier status in the next quarter.
