Do I have to buy sims from O2?

No, you can order sims free of charge on your Star Trader account.

How do I submit a feature request?

Is there are feature you'd really like Star Trader to have? We'd love to hear from you about it. Feel free to email us on support@o2startrader.co.uk

When will I be paid for my activations?

We'll pay you for activations earned 2 months prior. If we have your bank details, we'll send the money straight to your account on the 10th working day of the month.

If you believe you should've received a higher payment, it may be that we’ll pay you the remaining amount in the next month.

All the payments you receive are for sims that have been topped up in the previous 2 months.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can retrieve your password by going to the login section, then clicking the 'Forgotten Password' link and we'll email your old password to you.


No, you can only sign up to one Star Trader account. Your despatch address, email address, name and bank details must be linked to one account.

If you attempt to sign up to more than one account using the same details with another email address, you'll breach the conditions of our terms and conditions.

If we suspect you’ve opened or have attempted to open multiple accounts, we’ll have no option other than to suspend your original account and any other accounts we believe are afilliated with you.
