How do I reset my password?

You can do this in the 'Profile' section of your Star Trader account.

Are all tariffs currently available?

How do I change my personal details?

After you've signed up, click the 'Profile' tab and you can change your name, email address, password, mobile number, bank details and contact preferences.

To change your bank details, you must update all of your bank details at once. If you attempt to change part of your details it will reset. 

How much can I earn?

We'll pay you £5 for every activated sim. The amount of sims you can order per month changes your potential earning and depends on which trader tier you're on.

Bronze

Order up to 20 sims a month and earn up to £100.

Silver

Order up to 125 sims a month and earn up to £625.

Gold

Order up to 500 sims a month and earn up to £2500.

Platinum

Order up to 550 sims a month and earn up to £2750.
