What is the difference between a micro SIM and a Nano SIM?

 

The difference between a micro SIM and a nano-SIM is that a nano sim is approximately 15% thinner than a micro sim. It is also thinner than a mini-SIM which are older sim card that was often referred to as just ‘SIM cards’. 

I've forgotten my email address, what should I do?

Get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we'll help you to recover your email address.

When will I be paid for my activations?

We'll pay you for activations earned 2 months prior. If we have your bank details, we'll send the money straight to your account on the 10th working day of the month.

If you believe you should've received a higher payment, it may be that we’ll pay you the remaining amount in the next month.

All the payments you receive are for sims that have been topped up in the previous 2 months.

Can I sign up if I'm not on O2?

Yes. Star Trader is open to everyone no matter what network you're on.


I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can retrieve your password by going to the login section, then clicking the 'Forgotten Password' link and we'll email your old password to you.
