How long do my sims take to be delivered?

Your sims should be with you in less than 14 days.

If you've been waiting longer than this, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Please let us know your despatch address and the date that you placed the order.

Can I distribute my sims to distributors or other companies?

We’d advise that you distribute your sims directly to your customers as this is a much safer way of knowing where your sims are going.

 

You may be approached by some organisations requesting a high volume of sims or offering to distribute your sims for you. You must not supply sims to these companies, as they may use your sim cards to send targeted, unwanted messages to customers.

 

This breaches our Star Trader terms and conditions and our Pay as you Go terms and conditions.

 

If we suspect that your sims are responsible for sending these text messages or supplying any sims to another company, we’ll suspend your account with immediate effect and you won’t receive any commission for the affected sims, or any others during your suspension period.

How do I change my personal details?

After you've signed up, click the 'Profile' tab and you can change your name, email address, password, mobile number, bank details and contact preferences.

To change your bank details you must update all of your bank details at once. If you attempt to change part of your details it will reset. 

Do I have to buy sims from O2?

No, you can order your sims from your Star Trader account free of charge.
