Can I sign up if I'm not on O2?

Yes. Star Trader is open to everyone no matter what network you're on.

How do I change my personal details?

After you've signed up, click the 'Profile' tab and you can change your name, email address, password, mobile number, bank details and contact preferences.

To change your bank details, you must update all of your bank details at once. If you attempt to change part of your details it will reset. 

What is a standard sim?

Standard sims fit regular phones, excluding some smartphones and the iPhone 5 and 6.

How do Affiliate Activations work?

It’s a great way to boost your bank account. We’ll give you a personalised banner to put on your website, which will allow your customers to order their own O2 sims. 

The banner will have a unique URL, which we can track to make sure you’re paid for activations of the sims that have been ordered from your banner. It’s simple. We do the hard work for you. To request your banner, get in touch with the Star Trader team.
