Do I need to sign for my sims?

If you have ordered 20 sims or less, we’ll deliver them in a parcel small enough to fit through your letter box.

 

For larger orders, the parcel will be too big to fit through your letterbox. These must be signed for upon delivery. If you’re not in when your sims are delivered, they’ll be sent back to the nearest depot for collection. You’ll receive a note letting you know where they are and asking you to collect them. If you don’t pick up your sims after 21 days they’ll be sent back to us.

Can I cancel/ change my order?

Unfortunately not, once your order has been placed this cannot be changed or cancelled.

What happens if my sims are misused?

If we have a reason to believe your sims are being misused we may withhold payments, downgrade or even suspend your account. If we have reason to believe that mobile numbers are being captured and used to send SPAM texts, or targeted unwanted messages to customers, we will be required to suspend your account immediate effect until further notice. You'll not receive commission on sims which we've disconnected.

 

How much can I earn?

We’ll pay you £5 for every Pay as you Go sim which is activated, by customers using a £10 top up, from 1st January 2015 onwards. (Activations received prior to 1st January 2015 will receive £3 commisison).

You can also earn £5 for every mobile broadband sim which is activated by customers using a £10 top up.


What is an activation?

This is when a sim is topped up for the first time with £10 or more.
