How can I keep track of my activations?

Keeping track of your activations is easy. You can everything you need on your Star Trader dashboard.

Can I de-activate my account?

Yes, please get in touch with us via email on support@o2startrader.co.uk and we’ll de-activate your account for you.

Are all tariffs currently available?

Can I sign up if I'm not on O2?

Yes. Star Trader is open to everyone no matter what network you're on.


What is an activation rate?

Your activation rate shows what percentage of your sims has become activated. The percentage is also based on the amount of sims you order. 

For example, if you ordered 10 sims and 2 of these was activated, your activation rate would be 20%.

You can find your activation rate on your dashboard. Your rate is likely to change when you place sim orders and when you receive activations.
